  workshop is designed for alumni of the Leibniz Academy for Leaders progr
 am. These participants come from up to 20 different institutes of the Lei
 bniz Association. Following their intensive leadership training\, the grou
 p now aims to deepen and address the following key topics:\n\nFocus: Conf
 lict management (incl. psychological safety as a leadership theme)\nDepend
 ing on the needs of the group\, additional topics may include staff develo
 pment and appraisal interviews\, as well as target agreements and performa
 nce evaluation specifically tailored to academia and research administrati
