Create a ConfTool account. You will receive an email confirming a successful registration as a ConfTool user.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Step 2<\/strong>. Enter ConfTool and register as a participant to the Symposium.\u00a0 At this step you can submit your abstract (poster\/oral contribution). You will receive an email confirming the successful submission as participant and another one confirming your abstract submission.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Step 3.<\/strong> Proceed with the payment only after you have been approved as a participant by the LOC. Once the payment is completed, you will become a confirmed participant to the Symposium.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Approved participants are receiving an e-mail containing the details for payment starting from September, 12th 2018<\/p>\n<p>You can edit the abstract submission until 9th January 2019.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Early registration fee (270 Eur) must be paid before 15th March 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Late registration fee (320 Eur) must be paid before 15th May 2019.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.conftool.com\/\">Go to ConfTool<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Note: This information is still preliminary and may change any time!
