Welcome to the registration page for our event. You will need to create a user account on the AIP indico conference system (this website) in order to register. This account will also allow you to later modify your registration and manage your abstract and materials.
You are also encouraged to submit an abstract for a talk, which you can do on the 'Call for Abstracts' page, available from the left menu bar, once registered.
The collected personal data is only retained for the purpose of organizing the event. The Indico account will not be used for other purposes, and you can demand that your account is deleted at any time. After the event and its post-processing, all other personal data connected to this event accommodation, travel info etc.) is deleted as required by law. The collected personal information is not shared with or passed to third parties beyond the organizing purposes of the event.
