Please fill the simple form below for registration. For submitting an abstract, you need to create a user account on this AIP website. To do so, click on "Login" in the top-right corner, and then on "create one here". This account will allow you to later modify your registration and manage your abstract. If you would like to avoid this step, please contact us via e-Mail.
After submitting this form, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation of your registration.
Participants should book an accommodation on their own. We provide a list of suggestions under menu item "Accommodation".
Privacy notice: The collected personal data is only retained for the purpose of organising the event. The AIP indico account will not be used for other purposes, and you can request that your account is deleted at any time. After the event, all other personal data linked to this event (such as accommodation, travel info etc.) is deleted as required by law. The collected personal information is not shared with third parties beyond the organising purposes of the event.
