Balancing the environmental, financial, and time costs of conferences with the need for vibrant scientific interaction is challenging. We recognize the impact that travel and in-person gatherings have on both the planet and individual resources, yet also understand the value of face-to-face discussions. For this Thinkshop, we've decided to only offer in-person talks to support deep scientific exchange, while offering remote participation for non-speakers to increase accessibility.
We offer the following options for remote participation:
- Watch talks live via Zoom
- Recordings and slides available via the conference website
- On-line discussion forum for questions to the speakers and poster presenters
We encourage remote participants to register (free of charge) once conference registration opens to receive important updates by email.
