The Thinkshop 2025 organizers welcome everybody, regardless of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, age, body size, ethnic origin, nationality, religion, political or other opinion to participate in this conference. The participants are expected to advocate freedom, tolerance, truth, and dignity in science.
We will follow the IAU anti-harassment guidelines, in order to provide to everyone a harassment-free experience during the conference. Harassment of participants in any form is not tolerated and any inappropriate behaviour should be reported to the SOC chairs, which reserve the right to exclude people from the conference who do not adhere to this policy.
