Leibniz Academy Follow-up Workshop 2-10-25

The Leibniz Academy Follow-up Workshop 2-10-25 will be held in September 2026 at the Leibniz-Institut für Astrophysik Potsdam (AIP).

The workshop is designed for alumni of the Leibniz Academy for Leaders program. These participants come from up to 20 different institutes of the Leibniz Association. Following their intensive leadership training, the group now aims to deepen and address the following key topics:

• Focus: Conflict management (incl. psychological safety as a leadership theme)
• Depending on the needs of the group, additional topics may include staff development and appraisal interviews, as well as target agreements and performance evaluation specifically tailored to academia and research administration.
